COVID 19 Protocol
Our staff will be adhering to all standards outlined to us by The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health for Salon. Thank you for your continued patience as we reconfigure our space to ensure your optimal health and safety.
Our Salon Safety Measures :
- All staff are required to wear a face covering at all times
- Frequent hand washing
- Frequently touched objects, such as, door knobs, reception area, credit card machines, toilets, sinks, chairs, headrests, shampoo bowls
will be disinfected on an hourly basis during business hours using EPA approved disinfectants; - We will be a cashless salon
- All client areas will be disinfected before each appointment
- Daily temperature checks for all staff taken before starting their work shift and again at the end of their work shift.
- If any staff member is feeling ill or has a temperature greater than 99.7 degrees Fahrenheit, they must leave work immediately and not return until they are feeling healthy and their temperature has returned to a normal range to stay home.
- Physical distancing measures in place, No hand shakes or hugs are avoid between clients or salon personnel - whenever possible maintain the requisite 6ft social distancing.
- Staff will not see multiple customers at once (e.g., while one customer’s hair is drying, another receives a haircut). Services for one customer are completed before a new customer is seen by the same worker.
- No snacks or beverages will be provided or allowed during this time
- No waiting area inside the salon and no magazines will be available
- 48 hour cancellation policy
- Appointments are staggered to reduce reception congestion and to ensure adequate time for proper cleaning and sanitation between each customer visit.
- No walk-in appointments are available, Appointments only
Client Safety Measures & Screening :
- Clients must wait outside or in their cars instead of waiting in the salon. Persons waiting outside should maintain a six (6) foot distance from each other and virtually check-in via text when they arrive for their appointment..
- Guests must wear masks with earloops, we will have disposable masks available for purchase if needed.
- Clients must complete COVID 19 health waiver prior to their appointment
- Clients are verbally screened for COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival, body temperature taken prior to entering the salon. Clients with a temperature greater than 99.7 degrees Fahrenheit must not enter the salon.
- Any salon client that exhibits signs of illness must rescheduled their appointment for at least 14 days in the future.
- Clients must come to the salon with freshly cleaned hair (24 hours)
- Clients must wash/sanitize their hands prior to their appointment.
- Do not bring children or others to your appointment
- If the appointment is for a child a parent or guardian may wait in the salon but must maintain 6 feet of distance from others and wear a cloth face covering.
- Avoid bring large purses or backpacks
- No pets allowed
